Carefully use the creams prescribed by the surgeon after surgery.
Avoid pressing or hitting the eyes and eyelids.
Keep your head elevated with an extra pillow when sleeping and resting to prevent swelling and inflammation.
Be sure to use artificial tears to prevent dry eyes as directed by your doctor.
Do not use eye creams or cosmetics for 72 hours after surgery.
Take the antibiotic medication correctly and completely as prescribed by your doctor.
Wear sunglasses and avoid direct sunlight for 2 weeks after surgery.
